No way to add payment. Customer service is unreachable.
I registered and was able to find cars. Seems pretty easy to use. But, unfortunately I cannot add a payment method for some reason. The app has two numbers for help and one for the monitoring center. One of the numbers for help is no longer in service and the other doesn’t pick up. I was able to get a hold of the monitoring center and they weren’t able to help me either. I’ve sent emails and called every number I can find. Nothing! I really want to use it but I simply cannot.

Needs an English option.
I have used the andriod version of this app and it works well, but it is in English. This app is in polish.
