Had hopes - gimmick
This was supposed to be a lite version of the full app. None of what the developer says is true. It does NOT allow you to store custom images. The saving of text to speech is only in full no saving either. You only have the 1 page of pictures that can used. That is it. Nothing else available.
Do not waste your Monty trying this as I did. I certainly wouldn’t buy the full product if they are not honest about this version.

The Lite version is clearly described beneath the screenshots in the apple store. We offer complimentary trials, consultations and demonstrations, to "try" before you buy. Per the description, you can save up to 5 custom images (on the Lite version). The Apple store provides a refund policy. It's unfortunate you are not satisfied with APP2Speak app.
