I bought $4 of chips, my credit card was charged, but they never showed up in my account. The app doesn’t show the transaction, even though the App Store does. Impossible to get in touch with support since I don’t have Facebook.

Charged for chips, but not credited to account

I bought chips twice and it did not credit to the account. The only way to reach the team is through Facebook and I don’t use Facebook. Good app, but damn the support is horrible. Why force users to create a Facebook profile for support? Cant you just have an email?
