Got my chips back!
I lost my 13 million chips, but support listen to my concern, and got them back! THANK YOU
They heard a few things I found a distraction, and worked to straighten them out. THANKS!
Now back to the tables, I have a game waiting.
Response from developer
Thank you for the detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience is, especially after moving from the original Appeak. Your 13 million chips are not something we want you to lose — please contact our support team with your old account details so we can verify and restore your previous balance. We’re also working on issues with player stats, chip-count visibility, table readability, and improving the experience when there aren’t enough players online. We’ve heard the feedback about Chat as well, and social features are an important part of our plans for the new version. Purchasing chips is completely optional and does not affect the outcome of hands. We appreciate you raising these issues and are continuing to improve the game with each update.
Terrible update
Response from developer
Thank you for the feedback. We understand that the new version feels very different, especially for players who stayed with Appeak for years because of its simplicity and community. We’re actively improving the new version based on feedback from long-time players, including the table experience, readability, social features, and how quickly players can find a game. We know there is still a lot to improve, and we appreciate you being direct about what you feel has been lost.
Don’t bother!!!
Response from developer
Thank you for being such a long-time Appeak player. We understand that the simplicity of the original version and the ability to choose from different tables were a big part of what made the game enjoyable. The new version is still being improved, and we’re actively working on the table experience, usability, and bringing back more of the features that long-time players valued. We appreciate the feedback and are taking it seriously as we continue developing Appeak.
Appeak Upgrade Migration
Response from developer
Thank you for being with us for so many years and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand that the previous version was more than just poker for many players — it was also a community. We’re already working on improving table readability, card visibility, and the way hands and winning combinations are presented, and you’ll see improvements in the next few builds. We’ve also noted your feedback about chat, seating, and card suit colors as we continue developing the new version. Regarding your previous chip balance, please contact our support team so we can check your old account and help restore the correct balance. The new version will continue to evolve, and feedback from long-time players like you is especially valuable to us.
Only resembling Appeak by name
The new “update” has no resemblance to the game I used to play, I assume they bought the rights to Appeak for its existing loyal user base. It goes without saying it’s now slop, a complete rewrite, they didn’t even bring over existing user accounts, full of micro transactions. It’s a damn shame to be honest
Response from developer
Thank you for being part of Appeak for so many years. We understand why such a major change can be disappointing for long-time players. The new version was rebuilt from the ground up, which is why old accounts could not be transferred automatically. However, we can help existing players restore their previous chip balance — please contact our support team with your old player details. This is still an early version, and we’re actively bringing back and improving features that made Appeak enjoyable for its long-time community. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope future updates will give you a reason to give Appeak another try.
