Appeal HSPCB

Appellate Authority was constituted under Air Act and Water Act, where an aggrieved person can challenge the order passed by HSPCB. Appellate Authority portal has been launched as per the policy of the Govt. of Haryana to advance Good-governance. This portal facilitate the online filing of appeal against the orders of Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) passed under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution), 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The lawyers, appellants and public will now have easy access to the cause list, Interim orders and Final orders passed by appellate Authority. To further boost the user of the portal, the mobile version of this website is launched. The mobile app is provided as a free service tool and the Lawyers, Appellants and Public will now have easy access to the cause list, Interim orders, case status and Final orders passed by Appellate Authority under Air and Water Act.
