Sign in screen stopped working

Whatever i try i just get a grey sign in screen with no way to enter my email and password. It was working fine up until last week???
No just will not let me sign in at all - have deleted the app, shut down ipad and reinstalled but still nothing & the frustrating this is it still works perfectly on my iphone (but this is far too small a screen for me to see important work items)

I was asked to use this app for important things at work, no matter what I try the screen just goes grey when I try to sign in. Noe deleted it and won’t bother anymore.
