I tried to take a picture of my id but had to wait 2 business days because it didn’t read the name right. You should be able to take another picture. Apple you need to fix that.

Não consigo criar conta de desenvolvedor pois não consigo fazer upload de documento pois ao centralizar o documento na área desenhada, o documento fica sem foco. Isso só ocorre dentro do app, já testei a câmera de doutras formas e funciona muito bem. Se eu envio foto mais afastada onde não fica com desfoque ela é recusada, ou seja, não consigo criar minha conta

There’s no option to renew on the Apple developer site. I’m forced to download this app. But I run a limited company yet this app forces me to subscribe with my default (personal) payment method. I need to enter my business card details! 🤬

Broken payment flow
I have been trying to enroll to developer program. Failed payment stuck with error. No help from support. I see lot of people facing the same issue. Yet not solved from Apple is surprisingly disappointing. It’s been 20 days yet no solution, everyday I have been writing mail . Hope they solve it.
Can’t Verify Account
I can’t verify my account as it won’t focus on my ID when scanning/taking picture. I have to move the phone a bit further to take a clear picture but that uploads in error.
Reviewal and support is absolutely awful
They don’t ever come back with the designated times they say, I’ve sat on call support lines trying to get help and it takes hours to not even get through. They don’t reply to emails, almost feels impossible to publish an app and they just take your developer program fee. The support is so slow and absolutely awful. Sort it out Apple!!! If you are going to take longer than you say at least keep the developers informed, there is zero communication! I submitted my app a week ago and have absolutely nothing back.

Worst customer support
I have been waiting on the call more than an hour, but no one has joined the call. This is unacceptable. I have already contacted Apple support more than 5 times regarding the same issue, yet there has been no resolution. This has been the worst customer support experience I have had with Apple.

Je souhaite m’inscrire à l’Apple Developer Program depuis l’application Apple Developer. Lors de la vérification d’identité, l’application me propose uniquement le permis de conduire, que je ne possède pas, alors que je dispose d’un passeport français valide.
J’ai contacté l’assistance Apple Developer pour demander une méthode alternative de vérification, mais je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse. Je suis donc bloqué dans mon inscription et je ne peux pas tester ni distribuer mon application.
Il serait utile que l’application propose directement plusieurs types de pièces d’identité, comme le passeport ou la carte nationale d’identité, ou qu’un suivi plus clair soit disponible après une demande au support.
Merci de bien vouloir traiter ce type de blocage, car cela empêche concrètement l’accès au programme développeur.

Enrollment broken - Payment methods constantly fail
I cannot complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program through this app. I have tried every single payment option available-credit/debit cards, UPI, and even adding funds directly to my Apple account balance—but every single transaction is declined or fails to process.

Cannot enroll because garbage “camera focus” will not work properly . Give the user FULL CONTROL of the camera, not just some weak sauce “put ID here and pray it works” nonsense
The problem isn’t the phone, or the camera. Both work fine. Ironically, phone takes beautiful pictures of the ID. The APP, however is just horrible and cannot manage to take ANYTHING CLEAR

Scanning ID
I have Iphone 14 pro. I could not scan my id card due to there is no zoom while scanning. Also Iphone 14 pro main camera does not focus that much near items. To sum up scanning is almost impossible with Iphone 14 pro.

I can’t remember an id verification system that was worse than this. Extremely un-apple-like quality. The camera cannot focus. when you fit the idea into the frame per the app’s guidance, the id is blurry. Tried in low light conditions, medium light conditions, and bright light conditions.
