Trash algorithms
Continues to replay the same 8 songs after my playlist finishes regardless of what playlist it is. It’s super annoying and makes no sense. You have had this company and this specific branch for how long???
Thunder
I like to use sound machine to get a great night sleep. Sometimes when I and listening to YouTube right in the middle of getting sleepy, there will be an ad. Yes an ad right when I think I’m gonna be asleep I’m getting disturbed by someone talking to me that I need sunglasses.. This thunder music lasted a long time and I had great sleep. Highly recommend.

I never cared for Apple products or apps but I have really been enjoying using my iPhone 14 (oldie but goodie) and trying Apple Music for the first time. I encourage anyone to give it a try. You can get a 3 month trial for free and it’s only $11.99 after that. Thank you all.

How come you get a huge refund?
If you get a huge refund you could atleast care about your customers and give us a full year of free music! Don’t get me wrong Apple is great but cutting me off because I didn’t pay and you get millions in over charging is wild.

AI slop infection
Originally moved over to Apple Music from Spotify as that platform was getting far too much AI slop which all sounds the same. Now Apple Music is getting infected with it. I know some people don’t mind it but I much prefer real artists who put real human effort and emotion into their work.
Nudity on search screen
I like this app but please change the search screen. I do not want to open the app to see whatever artists are recommended via a picture of an immodest half naked person. This is terrible marketing. Please stop shoving naked pictures of artists in this music app. Pick a different picture or artist if the artist is only immodest. I do not care for whatever recommendation Apple suggests, I want to search for music I like and artists that are modest, both in song and dress.

Favorite Music Streaming App
Never had major issues with this app and the minor issues I’ve had resolve themselves by closing the app or restarting my phone. A lot of music options and pre made playlists. Also love the stations and the easy accessibility to everything!
