App does not work
I got the program for my son. The program works on the website, but the app will not work. It keeps saying something went wrong try again later. I turned the phone off and on, deleted the app and re downloaded it. This is very frustrating. Three stars because it works on the website only.
Scammed
Ran card for trial. Never was able to use the program because of technical issues on their part. Long story short they charged me $120 and I still can’t use the app. I asked for a refund but no success so now I have to dispute with my bank.
Awful Billing Practices
I would highly suggest you do not give this company my money. They have unreasonable billing practices and do not respond to communication. Stay away.
Ok, could be better
It does what it says on the label. I feel like it being billed yearly is a little much since there’s only a few months worth of content and it rarely receives updates. The camera location and FOV is inconsistent between pitchers.
App doesn’t work
Got the “pro plan” can’t even get into the app to use it been trying for the past 4-5 hours.
