Love the lights but hate the app cause it don’t work all the time

Waste of money. App will not control more than one set of lights. Colors a not correct when you put in RGB numbers. App is broken and can not login.

We just set up our lights up on Saturday afternoon Saturday night and Sunday app worked now is not loading.

My app isn’t working, can’t control the lights. Considering the price we shouldn’t be having this issue
So stoped working
App stopped reapondomg one day. Could not make any changes to my lights. Decided to delete the light show and start over, it would not pick up on my lights again. Decided to delete the app and re download. Now it won’t let me sign in or create a new account. Utter trash!
Unreliable app.
20Dec2025- I really like my lights. They look great. However, in the past and right now, the app refuses to open. Not helpful regarding use. I guess I will keep trying…

Unreliable product and/or App!
Unreliable product and/or app! After 30 minutes of trying to get it set up, it has now failed to connect for the 3rd time today.
