Mi condominio lo tiene, y la verdad que muy bien. Falta un poco de diseño, pero en términos de funcionalidad esta bastante completo, me encanta la función para reservar siento que es lo más util.

Aplicación muy fácil de usar, ideal para administrar y visualizar mis entradas y salidas, generar invitaciones para mis invitados y reservar áreas comunes. La recomiendo ampliamente; nunca he tenido ningún problema con la app.

Fácil de usar

Se me hace una plataforma fácil de usar en especial el módulo de áreas comunes. Si no me acuerdo cómo hacer algo los módulos tienen vídeos cortos explicando Hay comunicación directa con los de la plataforma. No me gusta que solo se usa WhatsApp para mandar Qr aunque hay un módulo de Autorizaciones no puedo poner el nombre de quien viene solo la compañía

Difícil enviar QR

La única manera de generar QR para dar acceso a invitados es a través de WhatsApp. Es un problema cuando no tienes el teléfono del invitado, o el invitado no tiene WhatsApp, o yo no tengo WhatsApp instalado, o el invitado no tiene acceso a internet al llegar a la caseta de seguridad.
Se debería de generar un QR para poder enviar el QR (NO un link) por cualquier medio que uno prefiera, ya sea por e-mail, iMessage, Telegram, etc.

Aparte, si tengo dos propiedades en diferentes condominio, es imposible usar la app en ambos condominios. O dos propiedades en el mismo condominio.

Creo que todavía la app necesita mucho trabajo para ser funcional. La idea es muy bonita, pero hay que pensar en los usuarios del mundo real.
