No contact options if you have a problem

I have purchased a race, the money were taken from my account, but never received the registration confirmation or the race ticket.
There are no way to contact a customer support.

Hello Jonathan, we apologize, as we came across your feedback only today. We do have a customer in the UK under the name "Johnatan" who registered with AppNRun on Dec. 27th, 2021. No purchase was made and thus no confirmation email was sent.
