App loaded but would not log in so I see that as a red flag

I worked through the app. As a homeowner and found the flow and process worked very well. Just stroll from one room to the next and answer questions and take pics. Lots of opportunity to add text and, at the end add more pics and text as needed. The report back to me as an Appraiser included all the details I would normally collect during a site visit. Give it a try!
