Not very customer friendly
Disappointing Experience – Unfriendly and Difficult to Use
I am very disappointed with this app. The lack of support and unfriendly interface make it frustrating to use. Accessing even the free subscription plan is unnecessarily complicated and hectic—you can’t even try the app before purchasing, which makes it hard to evaluate if it’s worth it. The steps to access the free plan are confusing and time-consuming. Overall, the app feels outdated and not very advanced. Needs serious improvement in usability and customer support.
