Poorly Designed - Frustrating Experience
We were forced to use this awful app just to find a place to work. Adding to the misery is the fact this is a terribly designed UI and experience. Its bloated with options no one uses like favoriting a newsletter but completely lacks the basic QoL like favoriting work locations - no we have to look them up every time (save the mouse recent). The design is a nightmare and completely unintuitive - even to modern users. It was designed by people who love corporate money but hate corporate workers.

When I open this app, it takes almost a full minute to load.
A Frustrating Step Backward
The latest update has made Appspace noticeably worse. User settings reset at random — I’ve re-entered the same preferences multiple times, which is unacceptable for an enterprise app. Navigation is inconsistent with no coherent logic between sections, making it a chore to find features I used daily.
Worst of all, the floor map — the core reason most people open this app — has been buried behind multiple taps. That workflow should be front and center, not hidden. Prioritizing aesthetics over usability is the wrong call. Please fix the basics.

Could be better
Lots of clicks needed to book, always logged out/failed log in when update needed. Slow to load.

I love how this app keeps me up to date on everything happening in my organization. It makes it so easy to stay informed and never miss important updates.

Ridiculous app, you’d expect an app that is being used daily to keep you logged in for at least a decent amount of time but oh no, every day you need to log in again. Poor

Very buggy. I’m stuck at login page. Tried 5 times to login, but it’s stuck in a loop of verifications.

Terrible user experience when it does work. Not super intuitive, very redundant, I don’t want to have to go and select my building and floor every single day, wait for it to maybe load, to find a desk. It kills 30 minutes of my day, they need to have a default setting so you can have building and floor already set in.
The big issue is that it hardly works. For two days in a row I have just been sitting here for 30 minutes trying to reserve a desk only to give up and just try and find an open one and hope that someone doesn’t book it.

Very slow
The scanning of the QR should be inbuilt in the app. The app needs to be faster because the transaction speed is too slow. GUI design needs to be more intuitive.

Unfortunately there is a problem with logging in that coming back all the time.
Needs improvement
Developers can do much better, the desk visualisation graph/map no longer works too.
Mit Abstand die schlechteste App
Bei mir ist es genau so wie bei den anderen Nutzern. Ich bin Firmenseitig dazu gezwungen diese nicht funktionierende app zu benutzen. Leider geht hier garnichts, die Karten laden nicht durch. Diese App schafft diese eine Aufgabe, für welche sie erfunden wurde nicht ansatzweise.
I hate it
Unfortunately I am forced by work to use this App and website and it's awful. Normally you should just make a few clicks and it's done. But Appspace decided to make it a hell. It's just loading on the website and app and you can click as much as you want, nothing will happen. I hate it so much to use it!
