About
No more wondering “have I taken my tablet yet?”
APPteczka keeps your home medicine cabinet in order for you: it reminds you of every dose, keeps an eye on stock and expiry dates and recognizes a medication from the code on its box.
SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPING
Scan the code on the box and the app fills in the name, strength and pharmaceutical form from the public medicines database of the country set for your cabinet: in Italy, AIFA open data (the “bollino” code or the Data Matrix code); in Poland, the Register of Medicinal Products. When the box has a Data Matrix code, the app also reads the expiry date. Food supplements are looked up by barcode in Open Food Facts. Or just start typing a name.
ON-TIME REMINDERS
The notification arrives at the time you set, and you can mark the dose as taken straight from it. If you don’t, a second reminder follows an hour later. Reminders are scheduled by the phone, so they work offline too. Each time has its own number of tablets, half a tablet included, and you choose the days of the week.
BOXES, STOCK AND EXPIRY DATES
Every box has its own expiry date and number of units, and your stock is their total. Doses come out of the box that expires first. The app lets you know when a medication is running low and when a box has expired.
A MEDICINE CABINET SHARED WITH YOUR FAMILY, FREE
Create a family and invite your loved ones with a QR code or a link. See on your phone whether someone close to you has taken today’s doses, without calling to ask. A family member who lives on their own can keep a personal cabinet, and you still see their plan for today.
CHILD PROFILES, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Add a child in the Family tab: a parent manages the medication plan, and each parent can get the reminders on their own phone.
TODAY’S PLAN AT A GLANCE
The “Today’s plan” widget (iOS 17 or later) shows today’s doses on your Home Screen, and you mark a dose with a single tap without opening the app. Each child can have a “Child’s plan” widget. History shows a monthly calendar and the share of doses taken in the last 7 days.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No ads and no analytics, and we don’t sell data. App data is stored on a server in Warsaw, Poland, and does not leave the European Economic Area. In the app you can download it as a JSON file or delete your account together with your data.
FREE PLAN AND PREMIUM
The free plan has no time limit: 5 medications in the cabinet and 3 medications with schedules and reminders, family and child profiles included. Premium removes the limits for you and your whole family (one person with Premium is enough).
• Premium monthly – €2.99 a month in Italy, PLN 9.99 in Poland; renews automatically.
• Premium yearly – €19.99 a year in Italy, PLN 49.99 in Poland; renews automatically; the first 14 days are free (once per Apple account).
• Premium forever – €49.99 in Italy, PLN 169.99 in Poland; a one-off payment with no renewals.
The price shown by the App Store before purchase applies.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

What's New in APPteczka
2.15.6

• The “Today’s plan” widget shows every dose of the day — the list scrolls on Android, and on iPhone you can see how many doses are left. • New small “Next dose” widget: your next dose with a circle to mark it as taken. • A camera photo is no longer lost if your phone closes the app in the background — you go straight back to the medication form. • Minor fixes.
