Neat Idea but that's about it
I thought the record your voice to a picture that you could also title and add comments would work well for my son to share his commentary since he's not able to read yet. But it's so glitchy I nearly got it to load one pic and one rec and keeps timing out. Back to the App Store I go

Easy enough for an old grey-beard like me. Learning curve is more of a low-grade incline, not a cliff. Nicely done. I plan to repeat my review at a later date after i have used 'Appture' for awhile.

Awesome app! Worth reviewing!
I normally don't review apps but this is so awesome I'll make an exception.
The Good:
This app allows you to upload and modify any photo you have from your camera roll, Facebook, Instagram, Flikr, and Picasa. So it works well with other photo sharing apps.
It also has security options for making your albums publicly available or only available to people/groups you invite. So you can use it like a social media app, or privately among people you trust.
The Bad:
There are a few bugs and occasional crashes, but that is to be expected for a new app. Hopefully this will be fixed soon via updates.
This app contains a lot of features, but lacks tutorials or help dialogues on how to use those features. Everyday I stumble across new features that I didn't realize it had.
This app is a hidden gem! Try it.
Update: It now supports iPhone5 awesome.

Sleek update!
I just updated to the latest version of Appture. I'm lovin' the new look and feel! Looks much better than the boring brown color in the last version.

too many requirements
Why am I forced to name the album, forced to choose a thumbnail, forced to choose a location, just to create an album??? This is ridiculous! What if I don't care what it's called? What if I just want to get my photos to a place where I can share them? What if no one needs to know where the photos were taken because the location is obvious or simply isn't relevant? Forcing users to add all these things just to use the app/service is kind of crazy.

Great App!
There are a ton of photo sharing apps but I really enjoy this one. I have family living in other states and this app allows us to share photos with just each other without the drama of Facebook. It's so easy to select who you want in the album and you can choose to let them upload pictures into the same album as well. You can leave audio comments too! It's great to be able to hear their voices without having to make calls. This app is a job well done :)

Love the audio tagging
Went to a friends wedding last weekend and snapped a few pictures and shared them with friends. They all added text and voice comments which really filled in the album. What a great set of memories from the special night!
Great idea
Pretty fun app, I like looking at the public albums and hearing peoples funny conversations.
Photo sharing to the next level
Like Instagram but better (seriously). I discovered today that you can attach voice memos to your images. Makes the group sharing feature interesting and fun.
Easy and looks cool
Just started using it but I think it will be fun to get all of my golf buddies to upload their pics to share
