Conflicted
The app worked perfectly for me at first. I was able to sign up, add my coworkers, and do most of the functions perfectly at the beginning. However, the second I received a test appraisal, my app crashed immediately when I tried to view it. And now it crashes the second I try to open the app, it doesn't even give me a second to try and load any feed. I tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app multiple times, but nothing has changed. I don't know what's happening or why it's doing it, but it's incredibly odd to me. I have iOS 10+, so I know it's not that. I have an iPhone 5, so potentially it just doesn't work on this? Either way, it'd be nice if I could get some answers, but I doubt I'll get any through this review. I can't find any info online, and this app doesn't have a computer version that I can find, so I'm kind of stuck. I'd rather not have to share with a coworker just to check the app.

Very nice and convenient app to track productivity of employees and also very interesting to give apraise to colleagues. Need more exciting features. Keep it up!
