Buggy Crashy Hard to Navigate
I don’t know what executive thought making you watch a 30 second ad every 2 minutes counts as “anti-stress”and getting rid of them is worth $15 a month. This app used to actually be worth downloading- wish I had never updated. Loyally watched the daily ad for several years but this new ad push is pushing me away. The ability to search for albums should have been added ages ago.

Lost finished pictures
I reached level 46 but where I went to play the next day all the finished pictures up to level 46 has been wiped clean so I have to start again but I’m on level 46 when logged in.

this game is so different from other colouring games so instead of tapping, you swipe and that makes it alot more interactive. also your team is great at fixing problems quickly! i love this game

Developer: I am a retired software tester. I know how to troubleshoot. This is a continuing problem (multiple times today!). Perhaps you have just overloaded your app with ridiculous, nonsensical bloat instead of fixing the problems. As a PAYING user (your ads are monstrous enough that I will pay to eliminate them) who likes the app well enough WHEN IT WORKS, I wish you would just fix it. Maybe you should have humans do it instead of relying on AI.

I like this app, but there are far too many long ads. I did used to pay for ad-free when it was £8 per month, which I thought was expensive, and then they put it up to £14 per month!! For a colouring app! Absolute greed ruined the app for me and I have since moved to another.
glitch
i usually love this app however i’ve noticed that it has been freezing up every minute ish and causes my entire phone to stop. i have to wait for a while before it works again and so on. sometimes i’ll have to turn my phone off and even then it doesn’t work. please fix this issue because i love the game!

Antistress lotus glitch
Hi there. I have noticed that when you are collecting the pink antistress lotus things that fly off to be added up when you are finished a picture that they stay on the screen spinning around and you can’t get rid of them on the screen unless you restart the app. Have noticed this on the coloring and block puzzle app but not the jigsaw or diamond painting app. Everything else is great.

Needs update
I’ve been using this app for YEARS (I pay for the premium) but recently have had so much trouble with glitches/bugs in the game. Desperately needs a bug fix update.
Doesn’t open
The app won’t open even after rebooting my iPad it’s stuck at initializing 59%.
so expensive
I like this app because you don’t just press on the picture to color. I used to be able to purchase this app monthly, but since retiring it is out of my budget. Such a shame. And since I can’t afford the monthly fee I have to endure soooooooo many ads. 3 or 4 per picture. Too much.
