Very bad service and unresponsive to customer query
Very lousy apps after the firm upgraded their apps. Users cannot login despite successful password reset. Sent WhatsApp message to them on login issue and they don’t have courtesy to reply! Not worth even one star rating!

Seems like there is a change in apps compared to previous version but unable to use it and no response from the firm how to convert from previous login to current login due to different credential login.
