Very good app, easy to use
Keeps not letting me clock in/out
I have had this app for about a year and a half, but in the last couple of weeks, it keeps not letting me clock in and out randomly. I had to uninstall and reinstall it last week, and already had to again this week. Last time, it wouldn't let me clock in, saying that I didn't have an account. This time, I am clocked in but it won't let me clock out. It says that I am not clocked in, but the screen shows that I am. Both times, uninstalling and reinstalling was my last resort. I tried clicking on report a problem, but it would not let me because it is a free app. That doesn't mean there can't be problems. This app is essential for me to clock in and out for my job.
