Total waste they don’t support this
I have used AQgo for 3 years, after the October apple update it stopped working all together. I sent in a service request to the developer, and I was told they have stopped supporting the AQgo. My company pays a pretty hefty subscription fee for us, but they won’t support this. If I could, I would get rid of Auto Quotes altogether. They should be embarrassed.

Simply does not work
We have 25 Autoquote licences in our business. The AQ Go app simply does not work on some IPads. Including the newer iPad. If you are planning on buying into the AQ ecosystem, ensure you don’t need remote access. Based on what we pay every year, it is shocking the app does not work and to add to the pain, there still isn’t an IOS version of the software.

I think it’s hilarious this company is still allowed to be listed on the App Store. The app flat out does not work on iOS and it’s painfully obvious they have no intention on fixing anything or even listening to the customer feedback. I look forward to the day AQ fades into obscurity.
Fix it
As much as it cost for manufacturers to list products on the site you would think the developers would want to help sell their product. This is proof they just want they money and everyone else bedamned. As a rep trying to service my customers I wish someone would develop a new site and shut AQ down.

Been talking to them for years at NAFEM shows about how they need to work better on IOS devices. They pretend like nobody uses a trillion dollar company like apple. Completely useless when in the field. They need to realize it’s not 1984 and get with the times.

They have abandoned this app and all the foodservice salespeople who depend upon it. Really sucks as they charge large money for licences and now fail to support anyone who uses iOS
No longer works
At one time, this was an invaluable app for me in the food service world. Sadly, it appears to have abandoned and no longer works. I am currently searching for an alternative.
Once a powerhouse, now powerless
New IOS update makes this app impossible to open. It’s been weeks/months and there hasn’t been a fix or even a whisper of a fix from AQ. My professional life has never been harder. I guess as an industry, this is what we get for putting all our eggs in one basket. If anyone is using another quoting software, I would like to know.

Please update the App to work with the latest IOS
This has become a very important tool in the hands of a food service sales professional and we need it to work to sell more of the equipment and supplies it is designed to help us sell. There are a lot of IOS Apple Phone users who are feeling very frustrated at the silent treatment this issue is getting from Revalize. Yes it works on the PC but that is not convenient to carry around in the field. If you are not going to fix it, then just say so so we can look for a better solution to mobile information for our customers.

Under Apple’s latest update the app does not work at all. Just crashes out every time it is opened. Not if Revalize, the parent company has even figured this out at all. They just put an email blast out to all their customer that it is not working at all and suggested just using a PC. Thanks Revalize…., doesn’t really help food service equipment professionals have access to important information while on the road doing business. Need a working update please.

Doesn’t work with iPhone updates
AQ immediately crashes when tying to open a project. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn’t fix it. It would be nice if there was a patch so I can quote customers on site rather than waiting until I get back in the office. Time is money!

Revalize is terrible!
App will not allow me to log-in. Tried deleting the app and redownload because the app would crash when I tried opening a project. Now the app won’t let me log-in. AQ has gone downhill since Revalize took over.
