近年稀に見るゴミアプリ
決済の紐付けはエラーが出て何度もループする。更に、対象の洗濯機の前でQRコード読んでも何度も接続エラーと未使用なのに使用中と出る接続タイムラグ。
コインランドリーを使いたいのに、機器の目の前にきて初めてアプリの専用ダウンロードが必要だと判明するクソ仕様。そもそもこんな決済にアプリ必要なのか？どうせどこかの胡散臭い国が情報取りたいだけだろ。
更に言えばこのようなゴミアプリを導入しないとラウンドリーの管理もできないホテル事業会社の資質も疑う。

Poor app development and connectivity
Worked fine once then never again. says it needs an update, no update available in the App Store.
Doesn’t work on iOS
Says “The AQ-Connect Laundry app is not up to date, so you cannot use the system. Please update to the latest version from the app store.” in Japanese even through I had the language set to English an I’ve downloaded the latest version. Had to install it on a backup Android phone and there it worked. Most text is in Japanese even though I switched to English.

決済失敗するクソアプリ
ランドリーでアプリ決済したいのに、PayPayでもApple Payでも決済失敗するクソアプリ。せめてサービスリリースする前に、使えるか検証してほしい。クレカ決済だけは使えました。
使えない
通信失敗するし時間が掛かるしで結局現金で洗濯しました。
全くスマートにいかないので正直イライラしました。
改善の余地は大いにあるので今後のアップデートに期待して星2で。
