AqarifiedExpo

Aqarified Expo is the on-site companion for real estate exhibition teams. It connects the moment a visitor checks in at reception to the moment a sales representative closes the meeting — no paper forms, no WhatsApp handovers, no lost leads. WHO IT'S FOR Aqarified Expo is a staff app. Team leaders and floor escorts working an exhibition sign in with credentials issued by the event organizer. Visitors don't need the app. SCAN AND VERIFY IN SECONDS • Read the visitor's QR reception ticket with the built-in scanner • Verify the check-in against the exhibition schedule instantly • See who the visitor is and which companies they came to meet • Get a clear result on every scan — verified, already in a meeting, or not registered CAPTURE WHAT THE CLIENT ACTUALLY WANTS • Record budget range, area range, and property type • Log payment method, installment period, and down payment • Save interested cities and the companies on the visitor's list • Add notes for anything that doesn't fit a field • Edit the requirements later as the conversation develops ASSIGN TO THE RIGHT REPRESENTATIVE • See which sales representatives are available and which are busy • Hand the client to a representative in one tap • Confirmation comes back from the system, so nobody is double-booked A LIVE VIEW OF THE FLOOR • Waiting customers appear in real time as they're assigned to you • Track the meeting in progress with a running timer • Watch today's totals build: completed meetings and total meeting time • End a meeting from the app the moment the client moves on MEETINGS, COMPANY BY COMPANY • Open the client's file mid-meeting: requirements, companies, contact details • Start and end a meeting for each company on the visitor's list • Write feedback while it's fresh and read it back later • Review your completed tours from your profile BUILT FOR A BUSY EXHIBITION HALL • Scanning tuned for crowded, fast-moving halls • Clear empty and error states, so you always know where you stand • Large touch targets and readable type for working on your feet ACCOUNT REQUIRED Aqarified Expo requires an account provided by your exhibition organizer, and access is limited to escort and team leader roles.
