0 customer service and worse delivery experience
I ordered a perfume from your company, but I never received my package. What’s worse is that I keep getting daily messages from the delivery company stating that the delivery failed because I was unavailable. However, I was never contacted—no calls or attempts were made to actually deliver the order.
I also tried reaching your customer support, but there was no response. There is no option to connect with a live agent. Each time, I’m asked to provide my contact number for a callback, but I have not received any call so far.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

In buy 1 get 1 offer are very foolish offer plz check and use the products
Vanilla perfume was very beautiful perfume, but in four months perfume, colour is changed and before I got my order, I will check expiry dates they gave 34 months, but in four months, the perfume colour is changed It is very embarrassing movement. I used two days, but I didn’t even notice that ! It is very bad please do not full customers
