Poor customer services and unnecessary charges.

This company is one of the worst and most chaotic I have ever experienced. They consistently deceive customers with false information. The most frustrating part is when your items are supposedly in your country and ready for delivery, yet you have to call customer service multiple times. After repeated calls, they often tell you the items haven't arrived yet. When you contact the US team to confirm, they may claim that the items haven't been shipped to your country at all, making the entire process confusing and unreliable.

Bad Service . I regret choosing you as a Shipper !

Believe this 5 star rating and reviews about this company at your own risk . They’re service takes longer than the business days on their website and my first time using their service they tend to misplace my package and when you contact their customer service they can’t provide you with a good enough explanation for not shipping your package… they’ll stalll you till you’re fed up. All they say is “ sorry for the inconvenience “ without proper solutions for the issues at hand … this is a very bad company and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . Please and please don’t use this company for your shippings !! I did rate them a quarter star if it was possible

Great experience overall.

Great experience overall but sometimes packages take longer than what’s been stated or expected. Also some of the packages do get charged for but they don’t deliver them, which I’m really concerned about… please work on that

Keeps telling me to upgrade app I don’t know why l, I recently downloaded the app and I use the latest version. Pls fix

Excellent Package Handling and Delivery

Aquantuo has been very reliable with my shipments. My packages were well-handled, arrived in great condition, and nothing was missing or damaged. Delivery was smooth, and I received updates throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciate the care they take in handling items — definitely a trustworthy service for shipping to Ghana.

DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Everything was swift and all good,until they started charging my bank cards and later come back to tell me the payment was flagged. Yet they never refund my cards back and still have the guts to demand i pay them extra with momo payments. There are several options out there for me to deal with unreliable and untrustworthy service. I’m done with them. I dont mind leaving my other packages with them and move to a more trustworthy and reliable provider.

The office at Accra is totally a scam after paying fully the shipping I was asked to pay 1000 cedis for no reason and even said if I didn’t pay I can’t receive my items all in the name of custom duties. Use this app at your own peril !!

Poor delivery time

This company called Aquatuo has changed big time … I sent my item to them on the 17 of September and till now , I haven’t received it even though I payed for air shipment and it’s supposed to take just 10 days… anytime I call customer support, the give me stories telling me their airline delayed , I don’t know if they are fixing the plane in the air or what . I’m going to sue them . I called their customer service in the states and they told me my item was shipped on the 19 of September which means 2 days after they received my package. But I received an email on the 30 of sept , telling me my item was en route to Ghana . How does this makes sense ? How long does it take a plane to fly from The states to Ghana? I feel they used the sea even tho I payed to air.

Poorer Delivery time, especially Air shipment

This courier company called Aquantuo, has changed big time, when we talk about air delivery, their service has really cause a lot of people who depend on them to ship items to Ghana. I am a living testimony to this, their air shipment delays a lot , about 4 weeks before you could get your package… I wonder if they re charging us air rate and later ship by sea, if you try to complain will say we re sorry, sorry for what, a friend is going through a law sue because he used them and they failed to deliver fast, air shipment took 1 month plus , everyone who has this encounter must come on here and give their review, it’s bad we don’t do this in this 21 century as they claim to use plane for heir air shipment , they re not telling us the truth on some thing that is known to them..

Fast shipping

You guys are doing a Greater job. They respond fast during online chat via their web. My only problem I had with them is, it’s take too long for them to post a request item on my dashboard.

Don’t waste ur time downloading

I downloaded this app months ago back in February and from day 1 to date, I have never been able to use this app, it says it’s undergoing maintenance, for months??? They can’t take care of their mobile application and we’re supposed to think they can handle orders

Worst Logistics Company Ever

They had my package at their warehouse for over a month. Had the tracking say it was in customs clearance and then changed it back to shipment departed. Then once it finally left the US to go to Africa on a Wednesday, I was promised my package would arrive on the next Friday. What do you know, they lied and came up with some dumb excuse that it wasn’t able to be delivered then. So it’s been 6 weeks and my package still hasn’t been delivered.

App is Broken!

Downloaded the app back in October and now in February 2023, app is still unusable. Maintenance message has been up for months thus prompting me to use browser instead. I wouldn’t recommend downloading.

Bad customer service

Tbh this is my fist time shipping an item from you people and I had use your app to send requests to tell you about my package and there has been no reply .. my packages has been delivered to your USA address and I texted your WhatsApp number because the Aquantuo app wasn’t responding.. but the WhatsApp is even worse .. you will be online and no one will be replying your messages .. and it’s soo sad and frustrating when the things have been delivered to your USA address but you not getting any response… please do something about it because it’s so frustrating… I can’t even rate you because it’s soo bad!!
