Best adventure game for iPAD
What a beautiful game. Just played it again after many years and it’s as amazing as first time I played. Works well with the stylus for gameplay . Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret. One of the most Intuitive and vast adventure games out there. So creative and and just full of wonder. Thank you. Please consider sequel.

Thank you for the incredible game
I still think of this game with awe. It must be 9 years ago now that I played this on one of the early if not the first iPads, my daughter was old enough to play it, and it’s still one of the best and greatest games I ever played; challenging, fascinating and unique.
I played through the whole game, it was like a complete experience, I feel no need to do it over again, but I like to keep it on my iPad for my personal hall of fame. I hope it will still work on latest devices as one day when I have time I will revisit it.

Amazing atmospher
I love this game. This is one of the few good, polished games on the AppStore. The music is especially good. One of the problems with the game is that having a mini map visible all the time, really prevents you from appreciating the beauty and immense scale of the world your exploring. Please add a option to make the mini map invisible. Also can you make a sequel.

Bug?
The fire button to attack in energy form has disappeared. It has made it impossible to progress.
VIOLENT
Much more violence than the description would imply. At first it looks like a lovely story, then it degrades into killing as many sea creatures as you can. Very disappointed. It could have been something special.

I have been so fascinated by this game for as long as I can remember. I remember playing the PC version when it first came out and I was baffled by everything. The soundtrack goes beautifully with the game and everything is so creative. I have finished this game over ten times, and I will never get tired of it. This game needs more credit and I can’t emphasize this enough. Get this game. Get it now.

If you love retro games, this is for you. Incredible art, storyline and music. If i had more time, I’d play this more and more!!
However, the most recent update broke my sound and the virtual joystick is confusing. I could probably live with the virtual joystick, but no sound hurts the experience. Maybe a reinstall could fix this, but I’d lose my progress. Please save progress in the cloud...

played years ago, it still haunts (in a good way)
This game is still one of my top 10 games of all time. I still think of the levels and especially the music. The atmosphere is immersive and I love that it's still being maintained. Thank you for such an amazing game.
A mermaidvania to dive into
I adore this game. Though the original was developed 10 years ago, it feels like it was made for iPad. With a huge underwater world to explore, an excellent soundtrack and a dramatic story, it’s easily one of the most fulfilling gaming experiences I’ve had on iOS.
great game worth more than the $5 price tag.
can't thank the developers enough for their continuing support for this app close to 6 years after it was originally released - still one of my favorite games on any platform, and worth at least ten times the price. i've just played it through to the end with my horipad ultimate mfi-controller and the experience is even better (and a bit easier in some parts) than before with just the touchscreen.

Captivating!
I wrote this review a long time ago...in a seemingly galaxy far, far away. All these years later, this game still rocks and is both beautiful and innovative. It says a lot that the developers stick with it and continue to support upgrades. It is a journey and a beautiful one at that. Keep up the good work, I am a fan. Old review here; I am playing on an IPad1 but with the recent update, am having no software issues...so thanks for that. This game is huge...vast areas to explore! It's taken me a while as the game play is complex and does not offer up its secrets without a struggle...but it is worth the early frustration as new abilities are discovered and exploration of the incredible world of Aquaria is revealed. One small niggling issue; touch screen controls are difficult in some areas and seem a bit slow to respond which is frustrating. Otherwise...WOW. Just brilliant!

Seeing this App updated for iOS 11 made me squee. I was so sorry to see it go, and am relieved that it’s back from the grave. Now if only “Forget-Me-Not” and “Rally-X” would make the cut...
An essential metroidvania
This is one of the best metroidvania games I've ever played with an utterly unique aesthetic and mood. There is likely no better such kind of game on ios

Would love a universal build with iPhone support — Apple’s phones are much bigger now!
Not what I expected..
Did not enjoy gameplay.. Music was OK. Not worth the 5$ I shelled out for this. Gave it a solid 30 minutes of play to give it a chance but it just never got interesting.
