What a joke
Refer to reviews below. Spent 30 min looking for link to wisemd on app. Could’ve lived life with those 30 min. Just use desktop.
Not worth the download; you will just need to go to your computer ultimately. The quiz questions are like “what do you want to do for this infant?” What infant???? The mobile app is missing the clinical context in the quiz questions, which are essential to actually answer the questions. I am left completely guessing on every quiz question when using the mobile app, resulting in me getting awful quiz scores that my school sees. There is also not a quick way in the app to report feedback like this, so I needed to come all the way to the app store to write this review in case the developers read it. Please be aware of these issues and fix them or don’t offer these defective functionalities!!!!

The app crashes frequently on iPadOS. It’s unusable in its current state. The Android version of this app seems more stable however.
The cases do not load and you cannot download the summaries of completed cases. Extremely disappointing.
I’ve been using this app for a week now and am already over it. The cases rarely load after the media content downloads, and the app has only worked for a few cases. When it did work, I was content with the product and didn’t mind that certain media links could only be opened outside of the app. However, the headache from continually opening and re-downloading files is not worth the hassle. Until Aquifer updates their mobile platform, stick with the desktop experience.

Can’t open the app, it crashes as soon as I try to open it.
Will not open cases. A useless app.
The app does not load any of the scenarios, making it essentially worthless. I have used in on android and on PC and it is phenomenal, but on iOS it is the digital equivalent of a complicated paper weight.
I used this program on my computer and was excited to try it on my iPad. I was disappointed that I can’t progress pass the home screen. Whenever I click a module or case to access it, it just perpetually says ‘downloading video files’. Completely useless app, might as well be PC only.
^^
App constantly crashes
This app worked for one month and now crashes any time i try to open a case
Can’t even open the cases I’m supposed to do, the app crashes
I can barely make it past the title screen without the app crashing. The program itself is great, but the app is nonfunctional.
This app crashes as soon as its opened. Hope they can fix this
Well it worked on first install but then it constantly crashes on launch.
I am trying to use the app for the first time. I am extremely busy so I thought the mobile option would help with my time constraints. Unfortunately, it does not load the case studies. Needless to say how frustrating this is!
Seriously don’t understand how the app developers have not fixed this. There are reviews that are years old complaining about this issue. I’ll at least be recommending to the program that they consider using another service.
I never actually write reviews on apps, but this may be the worst app I’ve ever used so I thought it was necessary. This app rarely lasts more than 30 seconds before crashing. Unfortunately, if you are required to do Aquifer cases you are better off just going to the website than trying to force this poorly functioning app to work. Looking back at previous reviews this has been a problem for multiple years. The fact that nothing has changed at this point suggests that nothing will change in the future. They might as well remove this from the App Store at this point because it is literally non-functional.
