No refunds PERIOD

I paid the $2.99, never got the additional zombies. Difficult to figure out even HOW to change the zombie. I requested a refund and deleted the app. Got declined by Apple, I thought, there must be some mistake, so I tried to refund again. New decision from Apple was, not eligible for a refund and this decision is final. Nothing like being scolded by Apple for something that I had nothing to do with. Thanks a lot.

Hi! Thanks for your message, and we’re very sorry for the trouble. The issue with purchases has been fixed in version 1.6 of the app. Please update to the latest version. After that, go to the purchase screen in the app and tap “Restore Purchases” – the additional zombies should then appear. If you’re still having issues, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll make sure everything is sorted. Thanks again for your patience and support!

Want refund

I purchased the additional zombies but never received. How do i get the money back? How do i get the additional zombies? Help!

Purchase not working

I purchased the ALL ZOMBIES and only the free zombie can be used. I’ve done restore and only thing that comes up is that the ALL ZOMBIES option no longer has a purchase, but they are not available when using the app?

Restore stilling not working?

I appreciate the time and effort to in making of this app.Just wish he or she would respond and fix the problems I purchased all zombies but still not all are showing evidently this person has given up or just doesn't answer I would not buy this app I've tried it hitting the restore several times still nothing I've the dinos it's works great

Hello, There are 7 zombies in this app: The free zombie and 6 additional zombies that can be purchased: - Nerd - Old crone - Brute - Fisherman - Skeleton - Graybeard Some are missing?

No Support from Developer or Apple

I purchased this almost 2 years ago, and if anybody follows me on Pinterest or anywhere else, you know, I use granny and I use all of them a lot as they are interactive with my movements are all the sudden I am down to just having a original one I restore my purchases, I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do and yet I’ve had to re-buy, granny everybody another one. I don’t think she had to buy the other ones all over again because somebody is too cheap & Lazy to do their job.

Where are my Zombies

I purchase this more than two years ago and I used to have all the zombies. I’ve lost the one with the bottom jaw about six months ago. I just did an update on the app and I only have the one zombie he tells me I have to re-purchase of Mal again so I re-purchase of my Apple says you’ve already purchased yet so here’s a free version and I still only have one zombie. I don’t have a Twitter account on my joining Twitter to get to fix salmon need to fix it for me please now

Hey man… very cool app (I bought the full zombie pack)👍 Just wondering though, if you get time… if you could please fix the stuttering issue; Seems to pause for a couple of seconds intermittently (especially when you double finger dragging). Makes recording a bit lackluster unfortunately. Be great also (as a new feature) if there was a background change option; To make the background a pure green or blue screen for post production green screenable footage later (including if possible, a more minimalist amount of buttons showing when screen recording - just a faint stop record button right in the corner would be perfect). Anyhow, be awesome if you could look at these suggestions! Thanks man 🤙
