User Experience is NOT an Option
Really sad to see how buggy of an experience the app is. Keep hanging, crashing, needs me to log in multiple times in the same session. I wanted to use it as an alternative to the website and printed newspaper but unfortunately it seems I need to go back to more traditional media consumption. Clearly you guys are using some not-so-good third party features that is making the experience very poor.
Please get your IT team to work on big fixes. Often times the content inside an article takes a long while to simply load. Really really frustrating experience with the App!

Broken app
The push notifications are not working. This app needs fixing and the only way I can contact is through postal mail. I'm not doing that. Fix this app please.

Arab News is not getting opened in ios above mentioned version. When we open, it automatically throws out of app.
Great, objective judgement of Middle Eastern news
As a white British student, it is refreshing to find an app which provides news on every country in the Middle East and does not simplify news to the region as a whole.

Please stop the pop up in the web browser. I close it right away. It just annoying and reduces how often I open a story.

Bad Navigation
The layout has improved but navigating back and forth through articles is impossible. I scroll down, select an article and when I try to go back to the menu at the point where I left off, I can’t, I have to go back to the main menu and start again. Badly designed, someone forgot the basics of design and user friendliness!!!! Simple back button will suffice.

No Back Button?
The new version is a massive improvement but there doesn’t seem to be a “back” button on any article pages. This forces the user to click the menu button each time in order to return to the main page instead of simply going “back” to where the user was previously.
