مشكلة في تسجيل الدخول على حساب الطفل

تم انشاء الحساب من تطبيق البنك العربي
وحين محاولة تسجيل الدخول
بحساب الطفل يخبر بوجود خطأ في الاسم او كلمة السر
مع عدم وجود اي مشكلة

There are technical issues in the arabi junior app, please fix it I can't log in

التطبيق لا يعمل

عند تسجيل الدخول بإستخدام حساب الأهل تظهر فقط أسماء الأبناء الذين يملكون حسابات، و لا يمكن تعديل أو إستخدام الخدمات الموجودة… وعند محاولة تسجيل الدخول بإستخدام حساب الإبن لا يسجل الدخول
