Keeps crushing
It’s keeps crashing and when you try to contact anyone you just wait sometimes for over an hour it’s really shameful

Cant believe that this user experience exists in 2026... very bad , cliq u need to insert a whole country code and u cant paste a number ... verification code if u dont type it manually no way you can fix that ... STUPID
Barely ever works
Whenever I need it the most it does not work, doesn’t even let me in the app.

Performance issue
I am using many banks applications, so I can confidently say that this app is noticeably slow, especially when logging in or moving between screens. It works, but the delays make the experience frustrating. Performance could definitely use some improvement to make everyday use smoother.
