Showing only numbers of chapters without the book name or title does not work as well as 2.0
This needs to be changed to show in the index the name of the book plus the number of chapters, just as it was in version 2.0

Some errors in Books's names

There are many errors for example the Book of 2 Samuel is written under Dueteronomy ... 1 kings title was Joshua and so in
