Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delay in responding but we would like to check how you have been trying to get in touch with us as we have not received any emails on our official channels info@arabeelearning.com or via tel/ WhatsApp +971506305414. Please let us know and we will look into this immediately. Contacting us aside, we are constantly fixing bugs as they are reported to us and updating the App. Users send us videos (email or above number) of the problem and we fix them as soon as we can. We need the device information. Please note that our App (same as many Apps) doesn't work on operating systems. arabee Family App device information: MAC Requires macOS 11.0 or later with Mac the Apple M1 chip iPhone Requires iOS 11.4 or later iPad Requires iPadOS 11.4 or later iPod touch Requires iOS 11.4 or later Please make sure you are using a compatible device and the latest version 1.1.44 (you were using 1.1.35) so your issues may have been reported by someone else and fixed. We are really working hard on making this a great experience and learning tool for families. Finally, thank you for your comment on the content being great. The company was founded by educators, parents and people who are passionate about Arabic and we want children everywhere to Learn to Love Arabic and Love to learn Arabic. Glitchy app and poor customer service

I am sorry to read your complaint. I have just seen this message and would like to help if I can. Please can you tell me what email you reported your issues to as neither info@arabeelearning.com or support.family@arabeelearning.com received any emails which haven't been dealt with. Perhaps this was when the google server went down as we lost a lot of emails. I can only apologise but this was beyond our control.. Please can you tell me more about the problem. To deal with it we need more information. Can you tell me what device and operating system is being used? It looks like you are using an old version of the App 1.1.7, we are currently on 1.1.15 which has fixed many of the issues experienced by users - yours may have been fixed. If it is easier you can WhatsApp me a video of the issue on +971506305414. so the developers can see the issues for themselves. Please let me help, I am here to assist you. Yasmeen
