Customer service is nonexistence
I ordered an expensive cologne from this app, which arrived damaged. I contacted them through email, text, and call. They don’t respond at all. Definitely don’t recommend buying anything from them. They don’t care once they have your money.
Video not muted by default
I will remove this 1 star review as soon as the problem is fixed, but for now, I cannot stand opening the app and having to mute the video that auto plays every single time.

Very decent app with a beautiful design, would be nice to see more arabic stuff added
No responses , bad shipping, not professional
I ordered some stuff in addition to Arabic bread because around here there is no near place providing Arab bread so when I received the order the bread was shipped without any kind of refrigeration no ice packs or dry ice nothing just thermal bag which isn’t sufficient especially in the summer, so the bread was moldy and not eatable at all
