Добрый день, Денис! Мы же ответили вам, как только получили сообщение. На данный момент приложение на поддерживает импорт из CarExpenses, но данные все равно можно структурировать в наш нативный формат и загрузить в приложение. В базе знаний есть информация по формату и описание процесса.

Don’t have my vehicle

I didn’t get far in the app because it doesn’t have my vehicle. I own a 2022 Santa Cruz and it’s not in the list.

Приложение решило установить мне валюту по умолчанию- украинские гривны. Ну, ОК. Хочу поменять на рубли, но нельзя, это уже платно! Ребята, вы, конечно, можете поддерживать Украину как хотите, но почему я должен за это платить? Делайте это за свой счёт и не решайте за меня какую валюту оплаты устанавливать по умолчанию. Гривны? Серьёзно? Почему не узбекские сумы или патаки Макао?
Потом, после обновления затребовало по-новой ввести логин и пароль. Алё, я каждый раз должен это делать? Вводить логин, пароль, устанавливать пинкод после каждой обновы?

Здравствуйте! Приложение по умолчанию применяет установки телефона (язык, валюта, мили/км), но все настройки, включая валюту, можно переключать без ограничений в профиле пользователя. Иногда обновления затрагивают систему авторизации и тогда после обновления может потребоваться ввести логин и пароль. Приносим извинения за это неудобство.

Не могу войти.

После переустановки приложения не могу войти в свой аккаунт. Пароль сбросить не удаётся. При переходе по ссылке ничего не происходит.
