Neat app!!
This helps me in clearing out the mental noise when I’m trying to get the most important things done. I choose my projects (or problems)then one by one list my options to solve them and then my criteria ( like time, difficulty, importance, urgency, benefit to others)to make sure I’m picking the right option to get the task done. It’s worth the .99 cents and more. Thanks

Saved me from writing an app
I regularly depend on weighted decision matrices to navigate my life. I started thinking about how an app that does this would look like. Lo and behold, The Lost Project has created one already, and it’s perfect. The only thing I can say is in my own matrices, I use a 1–5 scale instead of 1–9 for evaluating options. I suppose it doesn’t make a huge difference, but it could be a nice feature to add.
