Great idea, unintuitive UI, buggy
I used Arbor-Note basic for 14 months. My plan was to try basic for $50 a month and upgrade to the full/pro version for $250 a month based on how I liked the app. The app definitely helped my business grow to the next level. It was very thorough and concise, which is something customers definitely appreciated. The issues that ultimately led me to cancel and not upgrade were the fact that it would take me an hour to complete each proposal. I experienced multiple app crashes that would forced me to start over completely multiple times. Instructional videos posted on YouTube. We’re almost exclusively for the advanced app model or Webb platform. It seems like most of the companies energy is focused on the advanced features leaving the basic subscription plan lacking in instructional videos. The learning curve on this app is huge. The app itself feels very much. It’s like it was created by a startup company who’s still figuring things out but created by a company that’s been around for over 10 years. If you are a professional certified arborist, focusing on Tree health than this app might be for you but as a young, mostly residential true work removal focus business there are definitely other apps that offer more, have a much smaller learning curve and are quite a bit cheaper.

How do I create a username and password for the app?
Honestly, it’s not worth the money
Don’t let Hank fool you. He’s a smooth talker and makes the program sound great. After using the program for nearly a year I can safely say I have spent more time figuring out system bugs and reporting them to Hank and his team, than I’ve spent creating proposals.
Game changer
If you are working on gathering inventory of a property, or looking to write detailed proposals with photos and locations, this is a great app. Using this in conjunction with arbor note works also allows guys in the field to see job sites like never before making for a smooth work flow.
