Update terrible on tablets
The most recent update is almost non-functional on my iPad. Things are fine on my phone, but on my tablet everything is supersized with layers of text on top of each other. It used to work fine on both phone and tablet. Now I use it only on my phone.

Registration process
I gave up trying to register after 15 frustrating minutes, and I live in a highly technical world.
Any app that has a 10-minute tutorial on how to register on YouTube screams “not user friendly”.

Wanted to use this for my business but the app kept crashing. When testing it, it also said it took payment but have no record of what card it used or where the payments gone.

There is no option to create an account like what am i supposed to do

Impossible to move between different dates in the calendar. It has a mind of its own. Very frustrating.
This app is a LIFESAVER (deserves 10 stars)
After initially coming in with a fair bit of skepticism I was completely shocked at how much of a help Arbox has been to my businesses productivity. Since I don’t have an assistant I am always looking for ways in which I can make my schedule more accessible and easier. Arbox gives me everything I need and places it right in front of me. Whenever I would have questions with the technology, my representative (Shavit Rootman) was simply a phone call away. Thank you to the Arbox team for making my life that much easier during this crazy pandemic!

Super easy to use!
Just within seconds after buying my membership from my gym’s website, I got an email with my login and a link to the app in the App Store. I’ve been booking to my gym’s classes from the app since with no trouble!!

The calendar hardly ever works, jumps between months. Difficult to navigate between studios. Overall, very bad app.
