Absolutely amazing staff very polite and professional, spotless and comfortable reclining seats great to have a cinema finally back in Rotherham will definitely visit again
New beginnings
So went to the new cinema in Rotherham ahead of the grand opening and wow it was beautiful and so comfortable.
Firstly to buy tickets so easy once we got there the staff were amazing and friendly.
Yes the drinks machine was a not ready so the drink was not freezing cold but that’s nothing once inside our room it was spacious with relaxing recliners so we settled and and had a wonderful movie experience.
There was no air conditioning so felt a little warm but not boiling so I could tolerate it.
We had a great experience and will go back.

Very good app , shows you latest films and showtimes very very useful
Good - but better with Apple Pay?
Like the app - works well once you know how to use it, Be better if I could use Apple Pay ?
The other issue I have found is that in the showtimes if I ask to filter for Silver Screen and sort by showing date this doesn’t seem to work the silver screen movies are filtered but they are not all in Showing date order which is confusing

But doesn’t populate Credit Card details across which is a pain.

App performs poorly
Even after an overhaul, this app doesn’t work well. Please improve to allow tickets to be seen across different devices after signing in.
Booking with the app isn’t a great experience either - I have to use the app on device other than my phone so I can authorise transaction with bank on my phone ….then I cannot see the tickets on my phone !!!

Hangs, doesn’t finish loading
The App let me select my local cinema then hung. Same again after an iPhone restart. Running IOS 14.8.
