It’s hard to book classes because I can never actually get anything to load

Terrible, clunky app with many bugs

This app should be much better than what it is. It is there to supposedly help your membership be smoother but in my experience this was the worst part of my membership. I’ve had several issues with the app crashing meaning I can’t log in and book classes. Only to wait a few days to hear back from the support. It’s really poor for such a big company. The app desperately needs investment.
