Great game if everything would work!

My hustler trophy lit up & never allowed me to collect the 2.00 bonus money. I couldn’t reach support from within the app so I used another game to write customer service. I was told it’s basically not skillz problem & they’ll forward my message over to the developer. Why is this app allowed on here if it doesn’t work? Also if you put a tournament match code in the app automatically kicks you out
