App is crashing.
App will not open today. It just crashes.
Can’t log in
The keyboard covers the ok button, and the return button on the keyboard doesn’t work when trying to set up the initial pin so you can’t submit it. This is extremely frustrating and makes it so I can’t control the awning at all.
Disappointed to say the least!
Worst app I ever used - for the money you pay for the pergola you would think you would have an app that works - or at least a remote back-up.

The panel system absolutely never synchs with bluetooth. Makes this an expensive system that stays closed or open at all times. I have contacted Arcadia many times and they have terrible customer service and just care. You can do so much better than the $10K+ system that these folks sell. SO DISSAPOINTED!

It is impossible to put in the password because the OK button is blocked
Arcadia Pergola: 5 stars. Arcadia App: -∞
Arcadia never tested the app on an iPhone or iPad. The app asks for a password but the pop up keyboard covers the OK button. There is no way to move the password field to another part of the screen. Worse, hitting ‘return’ is not equivalent to pressing the hidden OK button.
The workaround — connect a Bluetooth keyboard to your iPhone or iPad.
As for other functionality, the big weakness in Arcadia’s system is relying on Bluetooth to connect to the system controller. There should be an option to connect to one’s network and HomeKit.
The presets for time are limited. It would be so cool if one could have the pergola open and close based on sunrise and sunset. There is so much more they can do with this but it appears to be barely supported. At this point, I’m thinking of building my own IOT device to control the Arcadia.

Ok but can be much better
Nice form and functionality of the pergola. Bluetooth range is weak, even by BT standards. Much better if they would build a wifi module with HomeKit capability. Also, scheduled single open and close is too restricted... they should allow you to add multiple time and percent options, thus automatically track the sun angle throughout the day. Close on wind should have an option to open on wind... hurricane open only at 60mph is not ideal... I would like to be able to open at 30mph to minimize stress on structure.

Very basic, needs updating!
Hoping for a while for a timer as well as calendar feature to sync w events. Also should be options as to closing and opening time prior to and after weather events

Unable to Change Password
You can’t change the password in the iPhone or on the iPad app because the keyboard to input it covers the send button. There’s no way to minimize the keyboard to press the send button. I feel like there was never any testing done with this app before being rolled out.

You can’t enter password because keyboard is in the way. Needs to be fixed, what’s the point of having app if you can’t control the system.

Maybe I’m missing something but on my iPhone when I am trying to reset my password on first startup, or whenever I’m trying to control the zones or being prompted for entering a password, my keyboard is in the way of me hitting the send button? There is no keyboard minimization key. You can’t scroll the screen. What gives?

Stellar application for a stellar product! We love the functionality of our new patio cover and are spending more time outdoors than ever! Five emphatic stars!
Meh
Does basic controls but sluggish and you always have to wait for it to sync up. Nothing new for a long time. Controls non intuitive, but it opens and closes louvers. Could be more fun than just the basic utility it is now.

What would you like to see added to the app? You can set up to 4 presets. You can program the weather station so it automatically runs the system. It has a time clock for open and close times. When it rains it automatically closes the roof. you have 5 options on what it does after it stops raining.
