App works as advertised
I recently bought the 205 mp and I was able to use the app just fine with it. I am unsure why this app has so many poor ratings. It works great! Keep the awesome work and keep crushing out the old greedy companies of the past!
Verification
Good luck registering an account. I click “Get Verification Code” go through the authentication process, no code is produced. I’ve done this a dozen times now. I typed in a random number and it throws some error in Mandarin that I can translate. Hopefully the welder is better than their web tech.

Not in english and stuck in a loop
I downloaded this to work with a TIG 205P Pro (2025). Can’t get past the create account screen. The ToS and Privacy are not in english. Where is the english version?

I didn’t have any trouble logging in. It’s a pretty basic capability app. Hopefully it’ll get more capability but for now it’s worth using.

Literally useless
Bought the Bluetooth version Cut 55 Pro specifically for the app usage and I can’t even create an account. Constant error messages. Tried to circumvent that by registering online, NOPE. Will not allow me to log in. To verify anything, you have to complete a puzzle thing but it won’t even allow you to interact with it to complete the freaken thing. Tried logging in through Google accounts, same issue. Will not allow me to verify or login. So, the whole feature based aspect is useless without access to the app that is clearly not formatted for iOS usage. Not sure where all the people in reviews got their app verification from, but whatever version this is, is useless. Should have just bought the cheaper version without the app control had I known this would be what I’d have to deal with.

Tried to register using the app and it would not give a verification code. Cannot register through the app or the website…. Why?

Downloaded the app to use with my welding machine, attempted to register but couldn’t. My chosen password was 9 characters (letters, numbers and symbols), the app tells me that the password must be 6 characters (letters and numbers). So chose a different password without the use of symbols. Then the app said something in Chinese. I have no idea what it said as I don’t read/write/speak Chinese. App is useless to me in its current state.
