Response from developer

Monty, I am very sorry you're having difficulty and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. This is a problem we are investigating with existing locators in Mobile Map Packages. Here are a couple of workarounds you could try to get unstuck before we can ship a fix. 1. Try rebuilding your locator and MMPK with a recent version of ArcGIS Pro. In doing so please ensure that your locator is not built of features that have null geometries. 2. Alternatively turn off suggestions in your locators. If you could send your MMPK to the following address navigator4arcgis@esri.com we can debug your case and let you know of some other potential workarounds until we get a fix for this problem. Thanks, -The Navigator Team

Fix!

Keep getting an error message for signing in my account:

403. That’s an error.

Error: disallowed_useragent

Google can’t sign you in safely inside this app. You can use Google sign-in by visiting this app’s website in a browser like Safari or Chrome.

🤬

License expired

Says license is expired even though admin backend says everything is current and assigned appropriately. Will not work

Has potential but lacks execution

I was looking to use this as a corporate app to allow navigation around mine sites. At this stage it has too many bugs that will prevent me from rolling out. It seems clunky for an end user that makes it complicated to find and load maps. Needs to be easily updated for a changing environment.

Only for Enterprise Users

Just a heads up for anyone considering this app, as ESRI doesn't mention anything about this in the App store description. This is not your normal app store app. It requires an account with ESRI that will cost you $250/year for a minimum of five user licenses before you can do anything with this app. Gave it a 1 rating since it's totally useless to me, and I wated time downloading it :-)
