Solid scoring app
Downloaded app to keep track of my scoring during rounds. I am mostly a 3-d shooter. Having the pre loaded score cards is nice plus having the ability to customize a card for whatever platform your shooting is also handy. I did have a problem with it saving my scores. I contacted developer and he responded quickly to resolve problem. Note for everyone the current version does not recognize the / . I was using the date format ( example 3/5/20) to name my score and it wasn’t saving it. As long as you use 3-5-20 for date it works fine. He is currently working on getting that resolved. I like people who stand behind there products.

Won’t save
The app itself is sound. However, when you save your scores they disappear. This makes the whole system not worth while if it’s just going to delete your scores in the end. Maybe if they get this fixed I’ll write a better 4 star review.

Current version (circa 2018) of Archer's Score is v1.37. It has been stable for years. Great scoring app
Brilliant for custom scoring as the society I shoot with in the uk, ( NFAS ).
It would be made even better if there was a running average total and possibly the option of the NFAS scoring option.

Good app
Won't save scores. After paying 9.99 should work, not like it was free. Other than that love the setup.
Doesn't work
You can customize a shoot & data is easily entered. But when I am done, it won't save my data for te shoot. The screen prompts are not confusing; I followed them and it simply didn't work.
This what I was looking for
This is the second archery app I have purchased and I like it. I’m able to set up a variety of point settings, depending on what and where I’m shooting. This is an app definitely designed for a variety of range shoots whether it be a static (where you shoot from the same place throughout the tournament) range or walking a 25 acre tournament. I can use the pre-prescribed ranges or I can customize my own. Worth the money.

Doesn’t work on iOS 7 - hasn’t been updated in years.
It used to work ok. It’s not my favorite app, but it kept basic scores. But, now with iOS 7, it just crashes when saving a score. It’s useless unless the developers update it and fix their bugs.
Archer's score
I can not think of an easier way to keep track of you score great app. With ability to save and print out your score cards later is great. When used with archer's mark these two app are all you will ever need to keep your bow shooting accurately and bettering your score all the time. Great app I highly recommend. Keep up the great work. This would be the best if it had NFAS 3D animal.

Disappointed
Would not pay for this again. For 1.99, maybe 2.99 I would give it 4 stars. This app is just not customizable enough. It would really benefit being able to be able to score for more than just one person. To much money for limited use.
Retina display missing!
Ok app, urgently needs to upgrade to Retina display quality, iPhone 4 has been out for more than a year!

awesome but lacking one good thing
There is only one thing that i would like more out of the amazing app. During a Full FITA you shoot 144 arrow.s This is a time where most scores go over 1000. The running score bar goes to "..." at 1000. I would like a self adjusting score so i could see my running score the whole time. Thanks
For indoor it's great
It is what it is, it's great for indoor, only complaint is you have to setup a "custom" score card for NFAA five spot as it's not preprogrammed
I bought based on the reviews of the archers mark app, I'm hoping that the company makes improvements to this app and it eventually is as highly regarded as their first app
Also, for what it does I'd think it would cost $5 it's alittle pricy for a spreadsheet

Great once you Understrand the logic of settiting it up.
I Just downloaded it on to my Phone. Trying to Set it seemed dificult and I Contacted Archer's Score Support. and told them of my Concerens. The Author of the App Contacted me by Email And explained how to use the features a bit moe in depth. .
The Problem is that not all shoot events Are CONFIGURED like the Apps Pre Configured SCORE CARDS.
In California Most outdoor 3-D events are 28 or 42 targets. and you can shoot anywhere from 1- 3 arrows.
The 3-D score cards only have 40 targets and 1 ARROW FOR BOTH ASA AND IBO.
THE USER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE ANY OF THE SCORE CARDS. I get the feeling the Apps Author is going to fix this.
So You need to use the Custom Score CARD feature..
For instance the MAX Points is for Max Points per Arrow, not Max points for the score card.
When I set it up for the Pre- Configured Animal target scoring. It only sets up the score card for 10 targets. it should be 14 targets or (ends) which is a full round.
It has the correct number of arrows. But it is set up for a Dot (X) to score +1 so it scores 21x on the 1st Arrow and +1 on arrows 2 a dot is 17x &3 a dot is 13x.
. But not all tournaments let you add + 1 For an x.. they just count the x's to break tie scores. I think this is going to be fixed.
The Score CARDS THAT are Correct as configured are the FIELD 28 Set & VEGAS 300. AND I guess you use Lancaster could be used for for "300" but it adds + 1 for an X.
INDOOR StateChampionship IN CALIFORNIA IS 15 ENDS of 3 ARROWS So you have to set up a Custom Score Card Arrows= 3 MAX SCORE= 10 WITH X adds =0 set it up with15 ends and MIN POINTS = 0 if use the single target and Max Points= 6 if you use the 3 Spot Vegas style Target
You can set up a 900 score card. Custom Card # of Arrows = 6 Max Score = 10 x adds =0 Min Points = 0 Ends= 15. since you shoot 6 arrows and 5 ends for each of the 3 distrances (60, 50, 40 Yards). Or you can set it up with 5 ends if you want to score each distance seperately.
So all in All it's a pretty good App for scoriing. Archery.
Also if you have fat fingers the target (end buttons on the screen are not easy to touch. to make the scoring wheel pop up visable.

Needs some work
I purchased the product hope it was more than what it is. With that said here are things that could improve it!
I shot 3D indoor and out door. Would like to keep track of shooter in our group. No shooter name. Also indoor 3D we shoot 15 targets twice would be nice to have second arrow for these targets and not have to use 1-30. This applies is ASA - IBO so far we have shot 2 arrows one for each target that works fine. Would like to select number of targets for 3D would also help.
Bottom line is think twice about paying for this app. If they make improvements it could be a great app. Just not worth it at version 1.0
