Screen freeze

When entering angles you can have the screen freeze completely and nothing works in the app. There is no instruction or error to notify the user of the issue - the screen just locks and all you can do is get out of it for a few hours. Frustrating as hell.

FAQ

What can I do with ArchiTouch 3D?

ArchiTouch 3D allows you to design complete floor plans with various elements like doors, windows, and staircases. You can customize ceiling heights, floor levels, and create complex roofing structures. The app also enables you to visualize your projects in both 2D and 3D with real-time cross-sections.

Is ArchiTouch 3D free to use?

The app offers a free trial project to explore its design features, but changes are not saved. A single floor plan with furniture and 3D view can be generated for personal use with a watermark. Full features, unlimited projects, professional blueprints, and DXF export require a subscription.

What are the subscription options?

What devices is ArchiTouch 3D compatible with?

ArchiTouch 3D is available on both Mac and iPad. A subscription purchased on one device activates it on the other, allowing you to work on your projects across platforms.

How can I get help or support?

The app includes a complete help system with illustrated examples. For more specific questions, you can contact their technical support via email and expect a response within a few hours.
