Doesn’t work??
The app will not let me sign in with my username and password. If I go to the website it works fine, but the app says ‘Sorry, there was a problem accessing your account’
I can’t go to app support to try and have the issue solved because when I tap that option, it opens the app I can’t sign in on.
Currently an unusable app for me. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading and it did not help.
I don’t like leaving low reviews but I’m not sure how else to possibly get help with this issue. Hopefully this will be seen by someone who can help.

We apologize that you are unable to log in! It's possible that you need to set up different permissions in your Archy account in order to access the app. Please reach out to support@archy.com for dedicated assistance.

I have worked with multiple PMS softwares over the years. This Archy mobile app is simple, intuitive and gives me the information I need to manage the practice. Being able to directly communicate with my patients from my phone while still being able to view my notes and x-rays has really improved my patient care.
