Complicated
This app is all right for checking your balance and viewing transactions, but terrible for using bill pay. I don’t think it could be any more confusing. Every time you turn around you have to change passwords. I’ve had lots of issues logging in before. I always dread using this app. My husband’s banking app is much simpler and easier to use.
