Horrendous
We just switched to this system unfortunately and it is horrendous. App is useless. Nothing works and links to webpage with terrible formatting and no information. I miss ADP

I’ve been using the Arcoro/InfinityHR app for four years, and it’s been a game-changer for handling HR tasks on the go. The app works great and I definitely recommend it if you want something convenient and hassle-free!
Can’t sign in
I literally can’t sign in. I have an account and it keeps on saying that there is NO account linked to my email? I literally used my email as my username……..
Absolutely Horrendous product
I’m a recent hire and the onboarding process is abysmal.
When i attempt to sign in to Arcoro<Onboarding> using my correct username/password that i first set up it starts processing than gives me a msg ‘Signing Out’, and kicks me back to main screen. I’m unable to even access Infinity HR because i cant get past the first step. Last Thursday i had zero issues with this.
Update: I continued trying and finally signed in to Arcoro/BirdDog HR using the identical info i had been using. Now there is nothing to access/perform/interact with. I can change my password, log-out or watch a Vireo video(already viewed). That’s it

If your company uses this app, RUN
This app looks like it was built off internet explorer in 2009 and hasn’t been touched since. You physically cannot even log in. It doesn’t even allow you to type. If you do manage to get in, good luck getting anything accomplished. If this app is any indication of how your company runs things, you might as well quit now.

The paystub when select it closes out needs to be fixed

Does anyone even man this app? For over a year, it crashes when you try to open the paystub and there have been multiple complaints but nothing has changed. Have the owners of the app given up too? I know I’m about to.

Boy and I thought their desktop version was awful. Then I got the app. WHAT A JOKE! Closes and freezes everytime I use it. DO NOT GET.

App Crashes Regularly
App crashes anytime you attempt to view a paystub which I would think would be the most common feature. Please review and fix this.

App will not allow me to look at pay stubs. I can get through most of the options but once I try to look at the pay stubs the app closes.

The app used to work fine. I think if its updated it’ll go back to working fine. Now it crashes everytime you go the paystub page.

Pretty much useless
Only shows PTO balance, no time management available and it crashes when I try to view paystubs.
Simple and Convenient
So far so good. I successfully pulled my most recent benefit statement and paycheck stub. I was also able to submit a time off request. Seems to work the same as the browser with a simpler interface and certainly more convenient.
One note to improve. I currently cannot use the mobile app (nor workflow menu option like on the desktop version) to complete a workflow step. It would be nice if this could be added to mobile.
