About

A quiet space for just the two of you. Arcov is a private couples app for two people who love each other. Share how your day is really going, save the small moments, and stay close on the days you are apart. No feed. No followers. No profiles to browse. Arcov pairs with exactly one person, and there is nothing else inside it. Built for long-distance couples, military and deployment couples, couples on opposite shifts, and anyone who would rather have one small ritual a day than a hundred notifications. HOW ARE THEY, REALLY Pick a mood in one tap: Drained, Heavy, Okay, Good, Glowing. It lands on your partner's home screen and on their home-screen widget, so they see it without opening anything. Over a week it becomes a rhythm the two of you can actually look at. SAY IT WITHOUT TYPING Tap the orb to send a silent buzz. Press and hold to send a hug, and the longer you hold, the warmer it lands on their side. No message. No reply expected. ONE LETTER A DAY Write your partner a real letter, one a day, with a photo if you want. It seals with wax on your side and unfolds on theirs. No edits, no deletes, no read receipts. A letter, not a chat. Months later it is the most personal thing either of you owns. A VAULT ONLY YOU TWO CAN OPEN Photos, voice notes, and little drawings you make with your finger. Group them into albums. All of it encrypted on your phone before it leaves, so we cannot read it and neither can anyone else. SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO Set a countdown to the next time you are in the same room. It sits on both your home screens and on a widget, counting down together. SMALL RITUALS THAT ADD UP - One shared question a day, answered blind by both of you, then opened - Write your own questions when the built-in ones run dry - The best part of today, in a single line - Good morning and good night, in one tap - One photo a day each, side by side - A shared streak either of you can keep alive, with one grace day a month - A quiet flashback to a letter or photo from months ago - A monthly look back at the two of you ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Four widgets: your partner's mood, your daily letter, your countdown, and today's photo. The day between you, without opening the app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your letters, photos, voice notes, drawings, mood notes, highlights and answers are end-to-end encrypted and locked to your two phones. Your keys live in your phone's secure hardware, never with us. No ads. No trackers. Nothing sold, ever. Lose your phone and your partner can restore your vault for you, with a 12-word phrase as your backup. Optional Face ID or fingerprint lock. Being straight with you: your mood ratings and check-in times are not end-to-end encrypted. That is what lets us draw your weekly chart and tell you both when you have each checked in. Everything you write is. WHY A COUPLES APP AND NOT A GROUP CHAT A messenger is built for everyone you know. This one is built for one person, and it stays that way. Not paired yet? Send your partner a hug or a first letter over a private link, before they have even installed it. Pair with a six-character code or a QR scan. One partner per account, one account per person. 60 days free, no card, everything unlocked. After that you keep mood check-ins, buzzes, the daily question, your countdown, your streak and everything already saved. Daily letters, hugs, drawings and the monthly report need a plan: $4.99 a month, $39.99 a year, or one payment of $199 for Founding 2026, available through December 31, 2026. One plan covers you both. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings. What's New in Arcov

1.1.0

September 5, 2026

Arcov feels a little warmer this time. A new typeface across the whole app. Softer, and easier to read. Your names, your letters and your numbers all sit better on the page now. New: when your streak reaches a milestone, the app finally makes something of it. A quiet full-screen moment for the two of you, instead of a number that ticked up while you weren't looking. Opens faster, and stops interrupting. The launch screen used to hold you for a few seconds whether it needed to or not; now it steps aside as soon as you're ready. Updates arrive quietly in the background instead of asking you to restart. A buzz, a hug and a check-in each feel different in your hand now. And on a heavy day, the check-in is gentler rather than louder. Your halos answer each other. When a buzz you sent gets one back, or when your check-in completes the pair, you both glow for a beat. Your partner's mood on the home-screen widget is drawn now instead of an emoji, so it looks like the rest of Arcov. Today's Moment is the photograph now, and little else. When you have both picked one, the two sit side by side with a small wax heart signing the join. A squiggle stays whole instead of being cropped to fit. A calmer home: one notice at a time instead of a stack, no more pop-ups introducing themselves when you open the app, and all your weekly numbers now live together on your Together tab. Check-ins and highlights land the moment you tap, instead of waiting on the network. And if something does go wrong, your words come back to you rather than disappearing. Fixed: when your partner has been quiet and you tap to send them a buzz, it actually goes. It was quietly failing before, on the one card meant to help you reach them. "What we're building" now shows what we've recently shipped, so the things you tapped a heart on don't just vanish off the list when they arrive. Fixed: deleting your account works properly, notifications no longer go missing, and every confirmation looks like Arcov instead of a system pop-up. Thank you for being here this early.
